Melanie Mackey is the visionary founder and co-owner of Luxe Glow Aesthetics and Wellness. With nearly 20 years in healthcare, her journey began as a patient care technician on the Mother-Infant Unit while she pursued nursing education. A proud triple graduate of Mount Carmel College of Nursing, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master’s of Science, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she brings over a decade of expertise in Retail Health, Urology, and esthetics, passionately believing in a natural approach to enhance beauty from within. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and two boys.
Dr. Lauren Russo
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Lauren is a dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice with a decade of experience serving the central Ohio community. Passionate about helping individuals feel their best, she specializes in IV hydration, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, and weight loss therapy. Lauren's holistic approach combines clinical expertise, a heartfelt commitment to empowering her patients, ensuring they feel seen and supported on their health aesthetic journeys. Outside of her practice, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones while actively advocating for improved health access in her community.
Dr. Liz Lucas
MD
Dr. Lucas has been dedicated to serving patients in central Ohio since 2011 through her academic medical practice. Her journey into neurotoxin treatments was inspired by her own struggle with chronic migraines leading her to appreciate the transformative benefits these therapies can provide. Now, she is eager to apply her expertise in aesthetics, helping individuals feel more confident and comfortable in their skin. Outside of her practice, Dr. Lucas enjoys traveling, running marathons, and spending quality time with her loved ones while discovering new cultural experiences and hidden gems in her community.
